Hobby runs the same editor, database and build toolchain as Enterprise. Locked features show a padlock and what unlocks them. Windows and Linux builds are published on the releases page as they ship.

Licensing questions
How is Enterprise licensed?
Per CPU on the server that runs PIES Studio, not per user. Add as many developers as you like. Licences are billed annually.
What happens at the end of the trial?
The 60-day trial converts to a paid annual licence when you buy from the portal. If you do nothing it simply expires. There is no automatic charge because we never took a card.
What happens if an Enterprise plan ends?
Deployed applications keep running. The editor reverts to Hobby, so nothing you built is lost.
Does the licence need internet access?
No. The licence is a file you install on the server. It works offline and in air-gapped networks.
How do we renew?
Renew from the customer portal. A new licence file is issued and you install it the same way.
Is PIES LLM an extra?
No. PIES LLM private models are included with every Enterprise licence and run on your own hardware. There is no GPU add-on.
What does Hobby lock?
Hosting from the Studio, back-end stack choice, mobile publishing, teams and boards, Git push, hosted agents, cloud storage and full governance. Code export is free: download the source of anything you build. Each shows a padlock in Hobby with what unlocks it. Everything else, including the full template gallery, works offline. Downloading Hobby needs a free account.
